Hello Oracle Support Team,

We are exploring options to integrate our external recruiting platform (such as Fountain) with PeopleSoft HCM, specifically leveraging Smart HR Templates and Transactions for new hire automation.
Can you confirm whether Smart HR Templates and Transactions are designed to support real-time integration with third-party applications?

  • What recommended approaches, tools, or middleware can facilitate real-time data exchange between PeopleSoft and external platforms using Smart HR Templates/Transactions?
  • Are there existing APIs, web services, or integration best practices we should follow to ensure data integrity, auditability, and error handling for such integrations?
  • Can you provide documentation or examples demonstrating direct, near real-time Smart HR processing initiated from an external system?
