What UBE/Function writes TNAC = UA records to F03B11Z2 table

We use interoperability to transfer invoice data between JDE systems. The R09801 post job writes TNAC = UA records to the F03B11Z2 table to get passed to the other system. Sometimes the batch posts successfully but the records do not get created. Cannot re-pot the batch so is there a way to run the joob to create these records in the F03B11Z2 table?
