According to the read-me file, the bug fix #38199878 - LOUISIANA W-4 SELF SERVICE & PUI ALLOW SECOND ALLOWANCE UPDATE AFTER REVISED L-4 was included in this YE patch.

I see the fix to the LA state tax web page in Emp Self Service but not the core state tax form.

Is this correct? According to the DBA "Our patch went ok, all patch drivers executed normal. "
