TAM: Federal Preferences section is not displayed in Edit Application Details page

Steps to Replicate:

1. Navigate to Recruiting (Dashboard) > Recruiting Activities (Tile) > Search Applicant
2. Search for an existing Applicant ID.
3. Select the applicant to open the Manage Applicant page.
4. Go to Other Actions > Recruiting Actions > Edit Application Details.
5. Observe that there is no Federal Preferences section on the Edit Application Details page.

Question / Clarification:
How can we validate the Military Status and Veteran fields on the page.

Testing Focus:
We are testing how the Military Status and Veteran fields are displayed in the Applicant Activity grid on the Manage Job Opening and Manage Applicants pages.
