regarding profile "MSC: Perform ATP Check for Internal Sales Orders"

Profile "MSC: Perform ATP Check for Internal Sales Orders" is having value at site level is "Only if Destination Organization on ISO is not part of Plan"

In our scenario, ATP is based on planned data, and both source and destination org in not in ASCP plan, only collection is running for these two orgs but no plan defined.

So, question is, Is this profile option will be honored if both orgs are not in Plan but only in collection.

We want to avoid ATP check for internal order.
