Ability to Push New Cost Code Rows from Template to Existing Project Shells

When we update our Cost Code Template in Unifier, column-level changes can be pushed to existing Project Shells but row-level additions (new cost codes) cannot. So New cost codes added to the template do not automatically appear in existing shells.

Project teams must manually add each new cost code to every shell or use CSV imports. As the number of active shells grows, this becomes a significant administrative burden and increases the risk of inconsistent cost structures across projects.

Proposed Enhancement: Pushing new cost code rows from the template to selected or all existing project shells.
