E1 42 Changing Price effective sales order lines in grid P4210/P42101 vs Check Price P4074

I everyone

I just want to ask if, changing the Price effective date in sales order lines directly in grid:

Will have the same result than going to Row exit - Check price option and then change the Price effective field in header.

I am trying to save some clicks to end users, this is a very common process.
