Query to display escalation records
Hello
I have a requirement to produce a report for Workflow Escalations in iExpense. Currently, we have set the escalation to 10 days. If no action is taken on a Expense Report, the claim is escalated to the next level.
I'm looking at ways to run a report. Currently, these are the tables I am aware of. But, I dont see any columns that denote they are escalated. Based on the dates, they could be escalated or even transferred. Is there a way to get a report from the WF tables that would get the records that were escalated ?
