Updating the start date for an applicant in Manage Hires

If an applicant has accepted an offer, has been prepared for hire, and is waiting to be processed in the Manage Hires bucket, is it possible for the start date to be automatically updated if the start date is changed on the Prepare Job Offer page?

Often times, we get new hires that are waiting in the Manage Hire bucket to be processed when the request to move the start date comes thru. When this happens, the team will edit the existing offer letter, update the start date, submit the offer and accept the offer. Once the offer is accepted it would be one less step if the start date (if changed) would sync with the applicant in Manage Hires.
