Budget journal approval request to wrong approver's username.
We are using 'First Responder Wins' for double layer budget journal approval.
Approval Flow:
Preparer > Approver1 (Approved) > Approver2 (Approved) > Posting Journal in GL.
However, in Approver2 has 2 usernames in EBS. For example:-
- FARED
- FARED1
In Approval group, we did setup both usernames and expecting both would received the approval notification. However, only username 'FARED' get the notification and 'FARED1' is not.

In current requirement, they need to approve or reject any transactions using username 'FARED1' only.
