E1: R3465/R34650 - Forecast By Quantity & Amount

Hi,

This is with reference to the processing options in R3465 and R34650 - Process Tab. The option is to generate forecast amounts or quantity or both. Could you help understand how amount gets calculated? Is it based on standard cost 07 X forecast quantity?

Any additional information provided will be helpful.
