Is there a way to bulk/mass delete PO lines on a PO that's in incomplete status.

One of my colleagues has created a PO with 500 lines, but 150 of those lines were added by mistake and need to be removed. Instead of manually clicking the bin icon on each line, which is quite tedious, is there a quicker or mass delete option available to remove multiple PO lines at once?
