Applying OMS patch 38100300 hangs

I have OEM 13.5 RU27 with a 19.29 repository under linux 9

I have analyzed the OMS patch 38100300 and the HolisticPatch 38544605 released for Oct CPU and hadn't issues with them.

Now, I am applying the OMS patch 38100300 and it is hanging after

"Applying sub-patch(es) "38100323,38100329,38100334,38100387,38100391,38100422" "

Please monitor log file: /oracle-software/app/oracle/product/EM13CR5/cfgtoollogs/opatch/opatch2025-10-28_09-58-16AM_1.log

The last lines of of the log are:
