Fluid OE-Batch Finalizing OE on Events in Notified Status Terminates Benefits

Hi Everyone,

We're on 9.3, Image 51.

We just wrapped up our OE period and yesterday I ran the batch process to finalize all OE events. Our OE requires everyone to re-enroll in medical, dental, vision, legal, 3 other supplemental plans, HSA, FSA Med and FSA Dep Care. Many employees will follow the rules and make all their elections and hit the Submit button. We have a fair amount of people who will make elections but never hit the Submit button-they stay in Notified status.
