In OLVM Engine, I followed the steps to create a user account, but it appears to not be working.

Created OLVM Engine, Software Version: 4.5.5-1.57.el8. I am trying to create a commvault account separate from the admin account for security reasons. I followed the steps to go to Administration → Users → Add, but after that their is no option to add additional users. Thoughts on how we can proceed.
