Rearranging tiles for OE.

How can I reposition a tile for my 2026 OE? We have Spousal Surcharge as a Simple Plan (Plan Type A4) so the tile is at the bottom of the OE screen. I want to move it permanently to sit next to the Medical Plan. Please see screen shots….I hope it helps explain my predicament.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
