RMA workflow process failed to invalid CSR
We have received an issue regarding sales order line workflow process failed with CSR invalid. The scenario is the sales order owner is inactive (left the organization). It contains the custom workflow with 2 conditions 1. CSR should active 2. Owner of the RMA should active. If these 2 conditions met, then only workflow process completed without any error message. We have tried from our end all possibilities, but no luck. Kindly help us to fix the issue.
User concern:
- The RMA order status is Returned -> it means receipt has been created and added into inventory—>But not invoice generated due to workflow process fail
