How to Handle 2025 New Hires during ACTIVE Open Enrollment 2026

We would like to know, what's the best approach or recommendation is or other PeopleSoft clients are following in terms of enrolling benefits for new hire for 2025 during ACTIVE open enrollment 2026 (which means all the employees have to do the elections for 2026)

Active Open enrollment for us this year is from Oct 28th till Nov 11th

For example:

If we have a new hire during Nov 2025 month during open enrollment 2026, we want to make sure we have a way to force employee's to select their 2025 and 2026 elections on time.

Note: New Hire have 30 days window to elect their benefits for 2025
