Clone 12.2 on RHEL 8

Hi,

We have upgraded the RHEL7 servers to RHEL8. Now we are cloning but during the dbTechStack adclone.pl fails.

This leads to ouicli.pl and message "Package "compat-libcap1" is missing". But is not available for RHEL8.

Any workaround?
