CREDLIMIT workflow approval message still sent to previous CM approver after revision

Hi,

We are using CREDLIMT workflow approval and it was working good. There was a need to revise the Credit Manager approver to another person hence updated the UDC 01|CR CM01 Description 2 to new address number. Also, have terminated the pending approvals in P98860 and purged the records. Verified that the new CM address number is linked to user profile.

On revising the credit limit for customer, it still send the workflow message to previous approver.

Do you have any other suggestion, what I have to check?
