how we can secure customer master sales person , sales lead , sales manager, sales head wise

we have requirement that salesperson can't see customer data with each other, but their sales lead can see his own team customers and sales manager can see own team lead and salesperson customers ie top-down approach we tried ASN profile but no success to achieve this requirement
