Server busy error

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hi All,

I have recreated the svc ,pointed to old working srf and restarted mwadm process

took all server bounce and killed all siebel process even after doing all I am getting server busy error please suggest

Note: i am able to accesss via dedicated network
