Is there a way to get email notifications when (Doc ID 216109.1) gets updated with release dates

Hi all,

So far I actively login and check Oracle E-Business Suite US and Canada Annual Payroll Patching Schedule (Doc ID 216109.1) for when a release happens. Is there a way, I could setup an email notification to be informed when a release date is actually put in this document?
