Getting "Cannot call getText() on a secret entry" error while migrating order version 21 to 25

Hello,

I'm trying to migrate ords version 21 configuration to version 25 but getting this error "Cannot call getText() on a secret entry". Anybody had this issue or know how to resolve it?
