How to check customization in EBS R12

Hi Experts,

We are planning to upgrade EBS R12 (12.06. to latest version).

some customization was done (forms, object,concurrent, responsibilities, Menu, functions, custom pl/sql, database objects and etc).

Now, how to check customization (what was done as customization)??

please help how to check customization in EBS R 12
