how to shrink MGMT_TABLESPACE ?

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question

EM Cloud Control is writing its data into mgmt_tablespace, which is getting bigger and bigger. I no longer have space on the filesystem to extend the datafile. How can I shrink the MGMT_TABLESPACE? How can I find and delete historical data? Is it possible to delete data within Enterprise Manager Cloud Control and shrink the tablespace?
