Unable to connect srvrmgr utility post applying Siebel 25.10

Hello Siebel Experts,

We have applied the siebel 25.10 patchset and post applying patchset, we are unable to connect gateway server though two servers up and running which are part of siebel enterprise and application UI also working as expected.

Is there any changes to connect srvrmgr utility and just to inform Encryption Utility also successfully executed on both server.

Is there anyway to figure out/validate the encryption utility ran successfully apart from log files ?
