Oracle E-Business form closing abruptly even while users actively working on it

We have migrated our E-Buss from Hp-Unix (Physical Servers) to Linux(VM), since then we are facing issue regarding form servers shutting down abruptly with the following error message.

FRM-92102: A network error has occurred.
Caused by Connection reset while Forms client was communicating with server

We tried everything we could but unable to fix this issue, if someone have faced any similar issue or have any idea about this error kindly update.
