Shift commitments from the Primary to the secondary location without canceling the commitment

Hi Team,

User would like to move the commitment from Primary location to secondary location without canceling the commitment. We suggested user to perform IT transaction, but they said it is not feasible for them.

Can anyone from community assist any alternative solution for this issue (Is there any standard report which will move the commitment from primary to secondary)?
