How to setup stub for Siebel Outbound REST API

Hi All,

We are on Siebel IP23.12 and this is the very first time we are building Siebel REST API within our application. All the environments apart from live uses stubs for integration testing and we do not have direct connectivity with external systems. We are facing challenges in setting up stubs for REST Service. Can someone help in understanding the process behind stub setup for REST Services within Siebel. Any insights would be very much helpful and meaningful.
