Getting an error with PeopleSoft punchout

Getting the below error when trying to place an order using the punchout to a vendor:

User is trying from Google Chrome version:

The user tried using the Edge browser and didn't encounter any issues. Could you please let me know if there's a way to confirm whether this Chrome version is causing the problem? Also, is there any Oracle document ID or reference related to this issue - or to the error shown in the first screenshot - that could us identfy the root cause and a solution?
