Anyone Having Issue with Tax Update 25-C Not Shown in Dropdown Box When Extracting Change Package?

We have downloaded, applied and configured our HCM PUM Box with Image #53 (which includes Tax Update 25-C). In addition, the following PRPs (post Tax Update 25-C release) have been applied to the image:

1) 38320300

2) 38387053

3) 38528505

4) 38576408

5) 38577610

6) 38562938

When trying to extract the Tax Update 25-C Change Package from the Virtual Machine PUM Box, Tax Update 25-C is not shown as an option in the dropdown (see attached document 25-C_Not_in_DropDown2.docx) . However, we see Tax Update 25-B and Tax Update 25-D as values in the dropdown box.

We think that it is 38576408 that caused the issue:

Patch 38576408 delivers a script that removes patch 37058560 from the Tax Update 25-C change package by removing its tax update tag. This prevents unwanted pre-requisite patches from being included when customers apply Tax Update 25-C. The script also removes the commitment accounting dependency from patch 38127810, preventing commitment accounting patches from being pulled in when applying Tax Update 25-C. Customers using commitment accounting should manually include patches 38194848 and 38231010, while applying patch 38127810.
