How to restrict multiple top level categories appearing in a store

I have created a store and have assigned a local content zone to the store. Within the content zone I have selected the option to include items from specific categories and have defined the relevant browsing and item type shopping categories.

When I access iProcurement and select the link to access the store, the next page displays all top level categories defined for all stores. I was expecting to only see the top level category specified in my content zone. Is there a way to not display all top level categories under a store?

I have added a screenshot and circled the top level category I would like to only see under the store however I can see both.
