I am facing some error when i applied july 2025 bundle patch on my Oracle Windows 64bit test machine

Hi,

I am currently trying to apply patch but facing some errors, pre requisites i have checked and it's passed and optach version also has been updated to the latest optach version
Kindly help me to resolve this below error.
Please find the attached error log
