Processing lead time given at the ASL level is not honored in the lead time calculation in ASCP

An item is having a sourcing rule of two suppliers SUPPLIER A & Supplier B with Each 50:50 and defined the Processing lead time at the ASL level. After Plan run in ASCP, for One Supplier it is picking the Processing lead time from the ASL whereas for other supplier it is picking from the Item Master where the processing lead time is 0. FYI, we are using unconstrained plan approach. can anyone clarify what is the reason behind this behaviour and what is the issue? whether any setup issue or its the functionality of unconstrained plan?
