Regarding clearing published data

in Primavera (MOSC) Question


Version 23.12.x on premise.

For example, after running Publish Enterprise Data - Project we have 19,206,697 records in one of our tables. Many in other tables of course. When removing a project (uncheck publish in project layout) it prompts that records will be deleted. I don't think they are. The number of records has not changed

How can we maintain the spread table data?
