Schedule start date is automatically changed to scheduled completion date when work order is created

Hello,

I am facing issues with work order dates in Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) R12.2.11.

Schedule start date is automatically changed to scheduled completion date when the work order is created/released.

For example: I have created a work order with Schedule start date = 07-Nov-2025 and schedule completion date = 15-Nov-2025. When i click on apply button to create work order. Its schedule completion date is changed to 15-Nov-2025 (which is schedule completion date).

When i update the work order by changing Schedule start date to 07-Nov-2025 it remains intact after update. But it becomes hectic when i have list of maintenance work orders and i need create work order and then update its dates to maintenance dates.
