OEM 13 repository database: Oracle database option packs Partitioning, Advanced Compression and RAT

When checking the Repository database (Oracle 19c / EE) used by OEM 13c, I have noticed that the Oracle database options Partitioning, Advanced Compression and RAT (Real Application Testing) are marked as used. I have used the script "options_packs_usage_statistics.sql" provided from Oracle (Doc ID 1317265.1) to check the usage of option packs. Since the Repository database only contains data of the OEM, I am aware that the usage of the Partitioning Option and the Advanced doe not require an addtional license (Doc ID 456101.1 / Doc ID 2665969.1). But I was wondering why the RAT Option was marked as used, too. I am sure that I haven't used that option within the OEM or the configured databases.
