I am installing patch 19.28 in my oracle db. We dont have RAC. During pre checks cluvfy stage -pre patch failed with error Verifying cluster upgrade state failed to locate CRS home.

I have oracle_home grid_home crs_home properly setup..no clue why this is failing..need helpl
