Is Patch 37593784 In any family or RUP ?

Hi All

We have been asked to apply Patch 37593784: In Oracle Purchasing, For Global Blanket Amount Released is zero.

This is a one off to fix the specific issue In Oracle Purchasing, For Global Blanket Amount Released is zero and the fix is in POXCOC1B.pls 120.42.12020000.48

The readme says :

ATG one-off patches do not go through independent Quality Assurance testing, and
are not certified by Application products, hence there is some risk of
unexpected side effects. If the fix in this patch is included in the latest
released ATG Family Pack RUP or ATG_PF RUP has superseded the fix in this patch,
