How do you handle recording Nevada Modified Business Tax

We have become subject to Nevada Modified Business Tax but have found Oracle does not deliver a method to support it. For those that are subject to NV MBT, may I ask how you are tracking this? I was advised to maintain our own tax class to track the tax. Does anyone has experience with this? How do I set up a tax that isn't supported by Oracle.
