ORDP version 7.4 32 bit

Connecting from Windows to OpenVMS running SQL/Services; SQL version 7.4

Oracle ODBC driver for Rdb successfully connects but not using ORDP.

Using .NET Framework 4.7.2 client

My connection string is

User Id=;Password=;Data Source=(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=xxxxx.yyyyy.com)(PORT=118))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=DB_SVC)));Type=POOLEDSQS

Any ideas would be appreciated!
