Upgrade OGG 23ai from TLS 1.2 to TLS 1.3

Hello,

I have upgraded a secure configuration from 21c to 23ai. How can I force TLS 1.3 between nginx and the OGG backend for the service manager and all deployments? I tried using the REST API by changing the protocolVersion parameter to 1_3 without success.
