Create new award and multiple projects via application class code

Hi,

I am working on Integration Broker (IB) integration to create new Awards in Peoplesoft Financials/Grants Management. I have built the following appl classes that calls the actual Component Interfaces but I am getting some errors when I try to loop and create multiple Projects for the award. The following appl classes calls the Peoplesoft Financials CIs for Proposal, Proposal Submission, Generate Award, Contract Detail, Loop to create multiple projects (Project General, Project Master Table, Project Status, Project Activity, Contract Terms, Project Teams), and then Budget Detail. Am I missing a CI in this step? And when I loop and create
