ODA ILOM - Launch Remote Control not working

We just upgraded our windows machine to Windows 11. We are trying to launch the remote control and it is downloading the file as usual but we are unable to open it

Has anything changed in Windows 11 in how we can open the remote console?

Please let us know if in terms of Java what we need to install on Windows 11 and if that needs to be 32 bit or 64 bit

This is what we have

But its not working. Would really appreciate your guidance on how to make it work
