P6 "Copy Activity Options" the Resource is Checked but not included in newly copied Proj why?

in Primavera (MOSC) Question

“Copy Activity Options” feature when copying an existing project. that the “Resource & Role Assignments” is already ticked as checked. But still not including the “Resource & Role Assignments” for the new copied

Project. the resources and roles that should be included are already tagged as Global.
