edrDuplicate - the duplicated edr needs to pass throught rate process

Good morning,

We are trying to make sure after the edrDuplicate function is called, the duplicated edr should pass again through all_rate pipeline input. We are trying to put it on inputStream folder but we are getting error during the start of the pipeline . The main purpose is to make sure the duplicated one pass again to the rate process and charge accordingly.

Could you help us on this topic?

Currently getting the following error:
