OEM 24ai how to tell if Holistic Patch was successful

hi, my OEM 24ai i just applied Holistic Patch Release 1 October 2025, and it was successful.

However, in my Sysman → About Enterprise Manager, i get this:

Enterprise Manager 24ai Release 1 Update 5

and Not Holistic Patch something something…

Why are we not showing the Holistic Patch was applied?
