OGG-10400: Network connection errors with Distribution Path in OGG 23ai MA/RAC Environment

Problem Description:
We are configuring an active-active bidirectional Oracle GoldenGate 23ai replication setup in a 2-node RAC environment, integrated with XAG. While local Extract and Replicat processes are functioning, we are unable to establish the necessary Distribution Paths between the source and target deployments.
The connection attempts consistently fail during the WebSocket handshake with a "Bad Request" error (OGG-10400), regardless of whether we use hostnames (FQDN/VIP) or IP addresses for the target URL. We suspect a configuration mismatch in security protocols (WSS/WS) or an authentication issue within the XAG/RAC integrated environment.
