Oracle GoldenGate to Replicate Data from Oracle EBS Release 12.2 from Oracle 19c to SQL 2019

What are the manual Configuration Steps for EBS Data Delivery to SQL 2019 during EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.14 upgrade ?

Existing Setup - Golden Gate is replicating Oracle 19c tables for EBS 12.1.3 to Target SQL 2019.

We are upgrading only EBS tier from EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.14.

How we can accomplish so that our golden gate replication will not be impacted during and after the upgrade of EBS?

What changes we have to do at the target SQL 2019 database as DDL replication is not supported and no oracle packages can be executed in the SQL database, so all the changes have to be done manually ?
